Zetafonts is an independent type foundry based in Florence, founded in 2001 by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, Francesco Canovaro, and Debora Manetti. By blending the study of Italian typographic tradition—from Manuzio to Bodoni to Novarese—with research into contemporary design trends and a pop approach to communication, Zetafonts has created over 2,000 fonts across more than 100 type families in just over two decades. Their mission is to design typefaces that bridge the gap between functionality and beauty, making them relevant in a rapidly evolving market where design is increasingly influenced by fast-moving trends and global cultural shifts.
