Chiara Riva is a freelance calligrapher, teacher, and active member of the Associazione Calligrafica Italiana. She works between Rome and Milan, collaborating with agencies and private clients. From the very beginning of her career, she has established herself as a key figure in the Italian calligraphy scene.
In 2012, she specialized in Type Design in Milan before fully dedicating herself to calligraphy. In 2015, one of her works was exhibited at the 5th Arsenal Book Festival in Kyiv. In 2016, she designed the cover of the Associazione Calligrafica Italiana’s calendar and was invited as a guest at Inchiostro Festival. In 2017, she created the cover for the book Metafisica (Editori Laterza).
