Print with your own hands
Alongside the training and professionalizing experiences, the Print Club offers many opportunities to experiment with printing techniques in a way that is accessible to all. Events that allow you to experience the atmosphere of the laboratory in an informal way, to touch the machinery with your own hands and produce a small artwork to take home.
This is a consolidated format in the Print Club calendar, a summer event that has taken place since 2018 during which participants propose a subject to be printed. During the evening, through a vote that involves all the people present, the design is chosen that will be reproduced on T-shirts, bags, fabric or any cotton support that the public bring from home.
Starting from the 2023 edition of the Graphic Days® festival, the Print Club curates a permanent work space within the event where artists and designers alternate to print their own works or take part in the creation of a collective work. On this occasion, the public can experience first-hand some printing techniques such as screen printing and risograph, rediscovering the power of manual skill and artistic craftsmanship.
Starting from the collaboration with local and non-local entities, new projects are developed outside the laboratory spaces with the Graphic Days® brand: laboratory activities with different levels of complexity and for different targets, ranging from structured workshops for children or adults to more free experiences during exhibitions, talks, conferences, festivals…
